Breaking: Three Central Florida behavioral health companies to merge July 1, become Aspire Health Partners

Three Central Florida behavioral health companies — Lakeside Behavioral, the Center for Drug Free Living and Seminole Behavioral Healthcare — will merge July 1, the trio are expected to announce June 5 at a press conference.

The new entity will be named Aspire Health Partners.

“The merger of the three companies is intended to leverage the strengths of each organization and enable the creation of a model of care that reduces redundancy of services, enables development of new programs, allows flexibility, and contributes toward reducing the stigma and obstacles associated with seeking help for behavioral health issues,” said Serena Frank, chairman of the board at Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare, in a prepared statement.
