Mission

Our Mission is to meet the healthcare needs of our patients and clients by providing a staff of competent and dependable caregivers. We have integrated the concepts of teamwork and continuous improvement into our operating philosophy.

We will achieve this mission by:

• Performing a thorough and detailed screening, interviewing and hiring of caregivers.
• Providing caregivers with on-going in-service training to improve patient care skills.
• Adopting a working partnership with our clients, patients’ family, social workers, care managers, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to meet or exceed the needs of our patients.
