In Home Evaluation

Prior to the start of services, Vintex Quality will provide a Registered Nurse to assess the patient’s needs, so that services can be coordinated. Patients are assessed physically and cognitively; after which an overall history is obtained from the patient, relative, guardian, or responsible party.
