FAQ

What are the rates charged for caregivers?

Rates are based on the type of services required. You may contact our office at (305) 666-8331 to determine the level of care needed.

How many hours per week will I need a caregiver’s service?

Vintex Quality caregivers can provide service for just a few hours a day, or 24 hours a day. We offer a range of services to fit your needs or your loved ones’.

Can we meet the caregiver before we start services?

Yes! If time permits, Vintex encourages all clients and their family members to take part in a “Meet and Greet” with caregivers so they can choose the person that best meets their needs.

Am I signing a contract for services?

No. You will be signing an agreement that states that you only pay for services provided to you. Vintex will never bill a client for services not provided. A client will never be forced to receive services not requested.

Do I have to pay the caregiver directly?

No. You never pay a caregiver for services directly. Vintex Quality handles all caregiver pay. It is not your responsibility for paying the caregiver.

How does billing work?

Every week we send out an invoice to you, your loved one, or your insurance company.

How do I pay for service?

By Private Pay which includes checks or money order; or through your insurance: we accept most long term care insurance policies, and most major insurance policies.

Will you help me understand what my insurance benefits cover?

You may have insurance policies you purchased many years ago and are unsure what coverage you have. Vintex will call your insurance company to verify policy information. By calling us and answering some questions, we can get the information you need to receive the benefits to which you are entitled.

How do I know what services I need?

Prior to the start of services, Vintex Quality will provide a registered nurse to assess the client’s needs so services can be coordinated.

When can you start care?

In most instances, we can start care within 24 hours of your request for service. In many cases, we begin care sooner, if necessary. At Vintex we understand the need for care can be immediate and we will address you or your loved one’s needs as soon as possible.
