After assessing the client, care can range from home care to simple companionship. Our certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and home health aides (HHAs) provide customized care for clients based on individual needs. Their job is to promote health, maintain client safety, and encourage clients’ participation in their care. Our RN evaluates and assesses clients’ needs, supervises and monitors caregivers efficiency and skill level. Among other responsibilities, our caregivers perform a variety of tasks for clients under the supervision of the RN.
Our caregiver directory is widely diverse, and includes male caregivers, as needed or requested. We pride ourselves in our ability to find and match the right caregiver for every client. All our caregivers are bonded, insured, and have passed a thorough background check required by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). They are also required to obtain health clearance from a physician prior to contact with clients.
